He was predeceased by: his parents, August Kramer and Marie Kramer (Badry); his siblings, Edward, Keith, Ronald and Connie Shanks; and his son-in-law Arthur Keeler.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Lori Murray and Darrell Kramer; his grandchildren, Brenden Murray, Jasmine Murray and Kallie Miettinen (Aaron); and his sisters, Donna Wattie and Patricia Kramer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
