She is survived by: her husband Dan Thachuk; her daughters, Sandra Materi (Wayne), Shelley Warner (Glenn), Tasha Hodges (Aaron) and Catherine O'hara (D'arcy); Carol Heinrichs and John Heinricks. She is also survived by sister and brother, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
