We bid farewell to Walter Pennell Sr. (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Paradise, Newfoundland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 20, 2024 at the age of 76. Walter touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Pennell and Florence Pennell; and his brother Herb. He is survived by : his siblings, Lock, Mac, Chess, Nelson, Jim, Lilly, Joan, Janet, Jane, Ruby, Florie, Brenda, Doreen and Michelle; his wife Deborah Powell; his sons, Walter Jr. (Nadia) and Michael (Christa); the mother of his children Deborah; and his granddaughters, Hailey Jane, Hailey Raey and Sadie Grace. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium (6287 67a St, Red Deer, AB T4P3V9).
