Danielle Karla Hauff Obituary

With broken hearts, Danielle Karla Hauff's family announces her sudden passing on August 9, 2022. Danielle was born to Janet and Bryan Hauff on September 22, 1984. She was a sweet, compassionate, beautiful little girl from day one. Her life began in Eston, SK, where a tight-knit family surrounded her. Her fondest early childhood memories were spent at her grandparent's farm playing, laughing, singing, and making up dances with her cousins.

Danielle grew up in Redcliff, AB, where she focused on her passion for singing, sports and friends. She graduated from Medicine Hat High School and later went to University in Lethbridge to extend her education in helping people in the areas of psychology, sociology and addictions counselling.

Danielle wore many hats throughout her career, and she wore them well. She was hardworking, tried anything, and excelled at any job she took on. She worked as a local bartender and she also worked at Elkford Coal Mines, Maple Creek Endless Tubing, Clearstream Energy and then Suncor Energy. Most recently, she was proudest of becoming a Haul Truck Operator at Suncor's Fort Hills Oilsands Operations. She loved the industry, the people and how proud it made her Dad for her to work in the oil and gas industry.

Danielle is remembered for her kind heart, bubbly personality, fantastic sense of humour and lifelong commitment to perfect cartwheels. She will be remembered for being funny and so fun to be around, lighting up every room she entered, making friends easily, caring deeply about every person she met.

Most importantly, she made everyone she knew feel loved and valued.

Danielle is survived by her parents, Janet and Bryan Hauff, and her siblings: Jennifer Cummings, Alicia and AJ. Her nephews, Levi and Max, were the light of her life. Her grandmother, Marie Hauff, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Lorne and Verna Cummings and Emil Hauff, and her aunt, Faye Ivanchenko.
