He is survived by: his mother Doreen Hewitt; his wife Leslie; and his children, Kelsey (Michael), Kacey (Thomas), Kaleb (Holly), Joshua (Lisa), Joanna and Drew. He is also survived by his sister, step-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many dear friends and 13 cherished grandchildren.
