He was predeceased by: his father Jack Gist. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Gist; and his siblings, Tom Gist (Margaret), Bryan Gist (Phyllis), Wayne Gist (Shauna), Donny Gist and Daisy Bessler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
