He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel (Eric) and Rodney (Kay). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Shelly, Shane (Jeanette), Crystal (Geoff), Barry (Kaylee), Jerry (Kassidy) and Linde; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Miles, Kamden, Brantly, Bruin, Bryar, Braylynn, Amelia, Elian, Savannah, Cheyenne, Kaira and Taylor; his siblings, June, Elmer, Colleen and BabyGirl Meghan; and his nephew Ryan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Dwayne's honour to STARS Air Ambulance and Calgary's Children's Hospital. We also ask that anyone willing; please consider donating blood, a cause that was very important to Dwayne.
