She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Milton Blake; her brother George Howard; and her parents, Walter Howard and Daisy Warner. She is survived by: her children, Linda Hurtubise (Leo) of Surrey, B. C., Don (Sheilagh) of Powell River, B. C., Ellie Oxley-Brown (Joe Brown) of Sylvan Lake, Dale (Shari) and Brent (Tammy); her grandchildren, Nicole Hurtubise, Jen Horsburgh (Andy), David Marthaller, Yvette D'Andrea (Rudy), Melissa Solberg (Josh), James Oxley (Leasa), Jay Blake (Tamara), Cameron Brown (Kimberly), Jana Blake, Rene Blake (Melinda), Tali Blake (Sheldon), Matthew Brown and Emily Blake; and her sisters-in-law, Deloras Howard (George) and Dorothy Munro (David). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
