He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Snyder and Alton Snyder; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard Vetsch, Rudy Lunzmann, Jim Cooper, Joyce Vetsch and Gerry Cooper.

He is survived by: his wife Connie; his son Jared; his grandson Thomas; his brother Gordon (Ione); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Vetsch (Evelyn), Jim Vetsch, Dave Vetsch, Steve Vetsch (Luella), Alvin Vetsch, Georgina Lunzmann and Cecilia Arnold (Carl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
