With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Hamilton (Rocky Mountain House, Alberta), born in Red Deer, Alberta, who passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Duncan; her husband Eric; her father George Sr. Duncan; her stepmother Helen Duncan; her siblings, Gladys Miller, Jean Milne, George Jr., James, Robert and Edward; and her siblings-in-law, Dewey Miller, Bill Milne, Doreen Duncan and Clara Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Reg (Karin), Bryan (Victoria), Shirley Visser (Neil), Donald (Jane), Janice Brodersen (Randy), Rhonda McPhail (Jim), Garth and Donna Hamilton; her brother Peter; and her sisters-in-law, Anne Duncan and Donna Duncan. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 13 nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Hazel's name to the Westview Lodge and Alzheimer's Society.
