As Jack departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jack leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hotze Hornstra and Maaike Hornstra; his son-in-law Ron Wymenga; and his grandson Scott Hornstra. He is survived by: his wife Ingrid; and his children, Rosalie, John Daisley, Erika Wymenga, Robert and Rhonda Hornstra. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Reformed Church.
