He is survived by: his wife Anetha Salmon; his son Gordon (Jill); his grandchildren, Brittani Leicht (Tyler) and Tristan; his daughter Geneva Siemens (Keith); his grandchildren, Shelby, Lacey Friesen (Jason) and Cassidy Dekker (Josh); his daughter Glenda Vandeligt (Gerald); his grandchildren, Graden and Gennae; his daughter Ginette Downey (Ryan); his grandchildren, Alexis, Katelyn and Madison; his brothers, David (Eva), William (Gay), James (Delores) and Lloyd (Jeanette); his siblings-in-law, Arthur Salmon, Kenneth Salmon, Lloyd Salmon (Janet), Judy Lougheed (Melvin), Terry Gray (Dennis) and Tina Wasik (Myles); Emerson, Scottie, Remi, Walter (Chan), Lawrence (Sheila) and Garth (Bonnie). He is also survived by three cousins.
