We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2018, at the age of 93, Helen Elizabeth Roppel (Rockyford, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her children, Wesley Roppel (Lyn) of Surrey, Charlotte Hedin (Bob) of St. Paul and Darryl Roppel (Tammy) of Rockyford; her grandchildren, Scott Roppel, Lisa Boudot (Vern), Jennifer Barbieri (Michael) and Candace Bader (Byron); her great grandchildren, James, Jadyn, Logan, Sophia, Theoren and Harrison; her brother David Podborski (Wendy) of Nova Scotia; her husband Harold; her grandchildren, Jeanine Roppel and Jordan Roppel; and her siblings, Victor Podborski, Olga Stusick and Margorie Poole. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
