It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Chrysostymus Stang (Rosalind, Alberta), who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Pauline. He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Denise Sorensen (Michael) of Red Deer, Neil (Lori) of Edson, Pat (Dawn) of Okotoks, Grant (Cheryl) of Edson, Cathy Christensen (Tim) of Standard, Gwen Russnak (Greg) of Viking and Dan (Alison) of Rosalind. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nine siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the St. Francis Xavier Building Fund, the Lung Association of Alberta , or to the Cross Cancer Institute.
