He is survived by: his wife Susan Winter; his children, Jessica Lamb and William Lamb; his stepchildren, Melinda Winter (Nathan Hasson), Myles Winter (Jenny) and Mark Hagel (Dahye); and his siblings, Shelley Bushfield and John Lamb. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
