He was predeceased by : his parents, Doug Owen and Jesse Owen; and his siblings, Dorothy and Gail. He is survived by : his wife Rosemary "Twink" Owen; his children, Michele Owen of Taber and Kim Owen (Rochelle) of Wrentham; his grandchildren, Kennedy (Blake), Dwain, Curtis and Ashley (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Kynlee, Raelee and Zane; and his siblings, Judy (Gary) and Les (Deb). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
