He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louisa Bird, Cecilia Josephine Makokis, Leo Felix, Harry and Mary Makokis.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Mimi; his parents, Eugene Makokis and Penny Bird; and his siblings, Tasha Makokis, Nicole Makokis, Chad Makokis (Chrissy Benson), Courtney Makokis (Brett Wheeler) and Tyler Bird (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
