He is survived by: his significant other Krista Makokis; his children, Bailey (Janessa), Dustin (Kiara), Reegan (Shyanne), Keanu and Roan; his stepchildren, Taiven, Taesin, Tessiana of Tavaya, JR, Kezlee and Kyson; his grandchildren, Wakiyan and Baby Lapatak; his godchildren, Lacy, Tennielle, April and Creighton; his parent Audrey Lapatak; and his siblings, Seanna, Brandon, Leroy, Karen, Kelvin (Tina), Wanda (Bob), Priscilla, Sharon and Shannon (Darcy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
