He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton and Jennie; and his siblings, Frank (Flora), Anna (Louis), Mildred (Harold), Jenny (Tony) and Mary (Everett).
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Jacula (Linda) and Mark Jacula; his grandchildren, April (Brendan), James (Jessica) and Treston; his wife Irene; and his grandparent Ed's. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
