Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maxine Carter (Sedgewick, Alberta), born in Hardisty, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 85, on August 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leslie and Bernice Leslie of Merna; her daughter Louise; and her brothers, Terry and Ken.
She is survived by: her husband Harold; her children, Paul, John (Sandra), Laura (Gail), Marian (Derek), Dianne (Jon), Nancy (Donald), Ellen (Derek) and Kathleen (Robert); and her great grandchild Henry Johnson. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. John's Anglican Church (4925 50th St, Sedgewick, AB T0B4C0).
