He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Lars and Karen; and his sisters, Herdis Lomness, Astrid Sorensen, Ellen Chrystian and Irene Schacher.
He is survived by: his children, Kathern Weran (Ron), Barton Pedersen (Marlene) and Pauline Schaaf (Rick). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Burgar Memorial Chapel (4817 51 Ave, Camrose, AB T4V0V4).
