He was predeceased by: his wife Marge; his parents, Richard and Sarah; and his siblings, Doris, Evelyn, Anne, Thelma, Jean, Arthur and Richard.

He is survived by: his children, Daryl (Laurie), Byron (Barb) and Sharon (Doug); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Chantel, Kendra, Brayden, Rachel, Nolan and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Violett and Olive; and his brother Bert (Albert).
