He is survived by: his children, Cody McIntyre (Sylvia), Brandon McIntyre, Brady McIntyre (Cassie), Ammee McIntyre (Tyler), Kim McIntyre (Brandon) and Lisa McIntyre; his parents, Cheri McIntyre and Darwin McIntyre; his sister Shannon Cebulik; and his grandsons, Leo McIntyre and Ozzy Kittle.
