He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lizee; his children, Denise Bokinac, Elizabeth D'Amico and Mark Lizee; his stepchildren, Leanne Northwood and Todd Hamans; his siblings, John, Leon Lizee and Amy Martin; and his friend Karen. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons and daughters in-law, and cousins.
