It is with sadness that the passing of Edwin Michalko (Sherwood Park, Alberta) is shared. Edwin, born on April 24, 1938 in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan, passed away on May 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Michalko and Ann Michalko; his wife Ann; his children, Debra (Stewart), Dawn and Douglas (Kristen); his grandchildren, Alysha, Travis, Jessica (Dylan), Zachary and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Zoe, Oliver and Zuri. He was also cherished by his extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ed Michalko can be made to the Canadian Canadian Consortium of Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA) (https://ccna-ccnv.ca) in support of dementia research.
