He is survived by: his wife Jeannine; his son William John Kolmotycki (Lori); his siblings, Michael Kulmatycki (Lillian), Florence Murtha (James), Elizabeth Demchuk and Myron Kolmatycki (Gloria); his grandchildren, Kimberley Haddow, Erin Haddow, Emily Kolmotycki (Joshua), Rebecca Sangchuto (Ek), Stephanie Kolmotycki and Joseph Kolmotycki; and his great grandchildren, Kingston, Charlotte, Moses, Masyn, Maya and Malia.
