John Spraakman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Spraakman (Sherwood Park, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline (Eva). He is survived by: his children, Duane Spraakman (Candace), Brenda Lenko and Angela Weed; his grandchildren, Linda Sikora (Rick), Jason, Hunter, Adam (Catalina), Kyle (Jasmine), Lacey, Brayden (Jane) and Caitlin (Clint); his great grandchildren, Drake, Kylar, Sophie, Ivy, Melanie, Wrenley and Maisy; his sister Judith Dalle (Rene); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Demonte (Ben), Barbara Zukowsky and Nancy Chekowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations being sent to the Alzheimer's Society or the Kidney Foundation.
