It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Elizabeth MacLean (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Vetsch and Angela Vetsch; her parents-in-law, Tom MacLean and Anne MacLean; her sister Jean; her foster sister Carol; her granddaughter Shannon; her siblings-in-law, Don Makar, Ed Achtem, Joe Drew, Rod Yakubow, Pat Drew and Dolly Hogarth; and her niece Karen Hogarth.
She is survived by: her sons, Robin, Randy and Cory (Daena); her grandchildren, Brad (Dakota Gladue), Stacie Hamaluk (Adam), Tommy and Carter; her great grandchild Dylan; her siblings, Maxine Tadman (Peter), Dale (Wendy), Gerry (Shirley), Julie Taylor (Vic) and Susan Mitchell (Pat); her foster sister Grace Suprovich (Al); and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Achtem, Norma Yakubow and Ken MacLean (Pat). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
