She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Chadwick and Mary Chadwick. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Darren and Velda (Adelaide); her brother Bruce; her nieces, Sherri and Janelle (Glen); and her great-nieces, Kacey, Bailey and Paige.
