He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Baginski; his parents, Jozef Baginksi and Apolonia Baginski; his siblings, Lydia Goral and Mikolaj Baginski (Tony); and his nephews, John Goral and Peter Goral.

He is survived by : his daughter Lori van Tonder; his son-in-law Chris van Tonder; his sons, Joe and John Baginski; his grandchildren, Jake Popoff, Lee Guggenmos and Marissa Baginski; his great grandchild Alaina; his sister Jean Lisiecki; his nephews, Gary Lisiecki, Gordon (Mary Goral) and Paul (Kim Goral); and his niece Stanis Tykoliz (Mario Germana).
