He was predeceased by: his wife Mary-Lou; his children, Tim and Janice; his parents, Corrine and Louis; and his sister Dolores.

He is survived by: his children, Colette Dion (Denis), Kerry Hetu (Michelle), Cindy Young (Bill) and Michele Bennett (Cam); and his children-in-law, MarieAnne and Mike Cain. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
