He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Thomas (Allison), Trevor (Jill) and Troy (Jane); his sister Trina Hookey (Tobin); his grandchildren, Bradley White, Michael Tobin, Abi Tobin, Finlay Tobin and Joni Tobin; and his pet Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Toby's memory to The Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund, in recognition of his lifelong connection to Canada's military community.
