He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Kotun (Duane Kotun) and Lisa McKendrick-Calder (Mark Calder); his grandchildren, Cameron, Alexis, Hale and Avery; his brother Neil McKendrick (Valerie); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Rogers Doug (Dorothy Madu) and John Rogers (Brenda). He is also survived by friends.
