It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Black Rider (Siksika, Alberta), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Rider and Katharine Black Rider; his siblings, Margaret, Jean, Mable, Hazel and Marie; his daughter Sharon; and his grandchildren, Keith, Kelsey, Cory Kayla and Joshua.

He is survived by : his children, Katie, Denise (James), Dennis Quinn (Julia) and Clayton; and his sister Myrtle Good Eagle. He is also survived by his 36 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
