We announce the death of Elizabeth Peacemaker of Siksika, Alberta, who passed away on August 22, 2026. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Martin Weasel Child; her brothers, Harvey Jr. and Eric Peacemaker; her brother-in-law Gary Red Crow; her grandchildren, Odessa, Ahneasha, Aleah, Antoine, Ashlynn, Addison, Ayauntaye and Billie; her children, BJae and Sonnie Weasel Child; her parents, Harvey Sr. Peacemaker and Lorraine Peacemaker; her siblings, Anita Peacemaker, Harvina Red Crow, Merlin and Billy Peacemaker; her grandchildren, Aiden and Aliyauna Sleigh; her nephews, Marlon Peacemaker, Rambert, Kelly, Jason Red Crow, TJ Water Chief and Jim Black; her grandparents, Peter, May Calf, Nat Owl Child, Mike and Elizabeth Peacemaker; and her aunts and uncles, Alvin Sr., Donna Calf, Irvin Sr., Clara Calf, Albert Calf, Marlene Calf, Marie Calf, Gary Owl Child, Larry Owl Child, Micheal Peacemaker, Rachael Peacemaker, Sylvia Peacemaker, Rita and Robert Brass. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the TBD Gordon Yellow Fly Memorial. A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Piiksapi Gordon Yellowfly Memorial.
