He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Daniels and Joyce Daniels; and his grandparents, George, Georgina Daniels, James Waterchief and Georgina Many Bears.

He is survived by : his children, Ty James (Chantelle) and Roxanna Maria; his grandchildren, Keegan, Tayson, Issac, Anatakii, Nathan, Jessica and Neveah; his siblings, Dion, Jerry Jr, Jonathan, Christopher Tommy (Jerri) and Leslie Ann Lisa Marie (Spike); and his great-nephew Nieces. He is also survived by friends but most importantly his Children and Grandchildren.
