He was predeceased by: his parents, Allison Hawksley and Jennie Hawksley (Forsythe); his wife Brenda; his brother Bertrum; his nephew Josh White; and his brother-in-law Bob Burlingame.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn Hawksley, Anthony Hawksley and Regina Valiquette; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Morgan, Sam, Hayden, Steven, Trisha, Nick and Kaitland; his great grandchild Noelle; and his siblings, Ronald Hawksly (Judy), Charlene Burlingame and Beatrice Hamilton (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial donations made to Angels Anonymous would be appreciated.
