He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; and his brother William. He is survived by: his son Darrel Mackay (Sandra) of Slave Lake, AB; his granddaughter Keltie Anderson (Tim); his great grandchild Patrick of Slave Lake; his grandson Andrew Mackay (Michelle); his great grandchild Hailey of Red Deer; and his siblings, Ian, Craig (Gwen) and Henrietta Goplen.
