She was predeceased by : her father Alex Fedyniak; and her husband Wally Kociuba. She is survived by : her sons, Marvin Chmilar (Roxann), Alex Chmilar (Rachel) and Bernie Fedyniak; her grandchildren, Nicholas Chmilar, Jonathan Chmilar, Leslie Chmilar, Nathaniel Chmilar, Cooper Chmilar, Mackenzie Chmilar, Brady Fedyniak and Dallas Fedyniak; her great grandchild Jason Robson; her mother Millie Fedyniak; and her sister Charlotte Meddesaff (Gerry). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and friends.
