He is survived by: his daughters, Kaylee (Ryley) and Karly (Jesse); his granddaughter Vallie; his parents, Nelvert Chizawsky and Pat Chizawsky; his siblings, Laurie (Brad), Cory (Elohne) and Justin (Diana); his siblings' children, Marissa, Shaylin (Tyler), Kayden, Ryden (Faith), Alyssa, Grace, Bentley and Walker; and his great-nephew Bowdie.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Nutrien Ag Centre (4612 54 Ave, Smoky Lake, AB T0A3C0).
Memorial donations may be made to "S.T.A.R.S.".
