He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Sam and Nina Onyschuk. He is survived by : his wife Jacquelyn; his daughter Jayda; his parents, Andy and Sharon Onyschuk; his brothers, Ken (Juanita) and Garry (Jody); his nephews, Dylan, Dawson, Braden and Jase; and his niece Alyssa. He is also survived by his grandmother, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
