He is survived by : his close friend Bobby-Jo Starr; his parent Eddie Makokis (Lorraine); his daughters, Kim (Matthew) and Kayla (Mitchell); his siblings, Daryl (Fran), Lisa Buck, Cordell (Cayley) and Owen (Iyisha); his grandchildren, Shalayah Whiskeyjack, Lilly Buck, Liam Winslow and Caius Winslow; his adoptive children, Allison Metchewais and Ryan Steinhauer (Bonnie); and his wife Jackie Steinhauer.
