She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Melady and Mary Melady. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Butters; her grandson Korey Butters; her brothers, Jack, Theo and Jimmy Melady; her children, Sandra (Darrell), Michael (Kim), Kathy (Frank) and Maureen (Grant); her grandchildren, Kyle (Casey), Shandi (Jeff), Robyn (Brent), Kristy, Spencer, Tanner (Danielle), Jack and Molly (Jake); her great grandchildren, Saoirse, Freyja, Payton, Walker, Sadie, Tate, Méabh, Kayson, Lainey and Kyler; her siblings-in-law, Catherine, Mary and Gord (Jackie); and her caregivers, Jean and Elizabeth.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (200 Veterans Blvd, Spruce Grove, AB T7Z0K1).
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
