She is survived by: her parents, Marian McDowell and Neil McDowell; her son Julius Thomas; her husband Chris Hamelin; her stepsons, Jake and Josh Hamelin; her brothers, Torry and Cornell McDowell (Charla); her siblings' children, Gabreal, Maxwell, Kewan, Mya, Serena and Chloe; her siblings, Ryan, Sean (Carrie), Deb Thompson and Amanda Dickson (Scott); her siblings' children, Chad, Cody, Carter, Thomas, Porter, Connor, Chelsea, Sydney (Ben), Sadie, Stella and Sara; Don and Carol Hamelin.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (200 Veterans Blvd, Spruce Grove, AB T7X3T3).
