It is with sadness that the passing of Ruth Annetta Sanders (Spruce Grove, Alberta) is shared. Ruth, born on March 10, 1932, passed away on June 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ruth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Ruth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Ruth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Ruth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson; her sons, Dennis and James; her granddaughter Karrie; and her great grandchild Miguel.
She is survived by: her children, Chris (Gail), Deb (Brian), Willy (Ruth), Emmy (Ron) and Vera (Walter). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to the Good Samaritan Care Centre or to a charity of their choice.
