She was predeceased by: her father Joe Perez. She is survived by: her husband Brent Smith; her son Cole; her grandson Owen; her son Owen; her mother Linda Collinge (Terry); her siblings, Kelvin Perez, Tyson Perez (Melissa) and Jolyn Perez; her grandmother Edith Perez; her birth father Melvin Weinberger (Joanne); her parents-in-law, Sharyl and Ron Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Karen (David) and Greg (Connie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and treasured friends.
