It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaclyn Helene Heitzman (St Albert, Alberta), who passed away on June 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Ada Lavoie and Robert Joseph Lavoie; and her brother Donald Lavoie. She is survived by : her husband Ed Heitzman; her children, Lindsay (Levi), Donald and Sara (Sean); her siblings, Janice (Dolores), Tom (Cheryl) and Herb (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Elliot, Nico and Theo.
