He was predeceased by : his parents, Ole Sather and Mabel Sather; and his siblings, Arnold, Haldis Hancock, Birger (Bud), Cliff and Rolph.
He is survived by : his significant other Anne Sather; his daughters, Rhonda (Randy Murray) of Lloydminster, Glenna (Jim Curry) of Regina and Leanne (Tim Fell) of St Albert; his grandchildren, McKayla Curry, Braden Curry, Haley Fell, Austin Fell and Mila Fell; his brother Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Irene, Elaine, Marguerite, Norma, Ailleen and Lorne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
The Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Alzheimer's Society are charities with significance to Omer should anyone wish to make a donation.
