He was predeceased by: his wife Edna; his parents, Nick Zapezocki and Pearl Zapezocki; and his brothers, Donnie, Walter, Ed and Harry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Smith and Star Germscheid (Evan); his grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Mason Smith (Mikala), Ashley Germscheid and Josh Germscheid; his great grandchild Melody Smith; and his siblings, Elsie Buzak (Sam), Fred Zapesocki (Donna), Russell Zapesocki (Susan) and Metro Zapesocki (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
