With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline Skubleny (Star, Alberta), who passed away on February 6, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Pauline has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley; and her grandson Stephen. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosanna (Mervin), Maryanne (David), Elizabeth (Allan) and Bernita (Dean). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church (c/o Liz Greening, RR 1, St. Michael, Alberta., T0B 4B0) or given for a mass for the repose of her soul.
